Our client, a fantastic law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team!

Key skills/ experience:

* Experience in a 1st line support role, ideally within professional services, but not essential.

* Technical support: IT HelpDesk, asset management (including laptops and mobile devices) and technical training

* Good communication skills

* Experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times

* Ability to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
