Requirements:

Completed commercial education (e.g., as an office clerk, insurance clerk)
- Previous experience as a team leader or manager
- Ability to support the team in achieving company goals
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and motivate team members
- Interest in current trends in the working world
- Strong project management skills and the ability to initiate new projects

Responsibilities:

Leading at least one team
- Ensuring the team's training and development in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Coaching the team and ensuring service and quality standards are met
- Coordination and organization of team work processes
- Participation in cross-departmental projects, such as product development
- Involvement in the implementation of departmental personnel and cost planning
