Over het werkAs a customer service employee, you are busy with various activities throughout the day. You are responsible for ensuring that everything between the customers, the factory and the buyers runs smoothly. By gaining knowledge of the products and getting to know your customers, you provide appropriate advice while you continue to process orders and requests. You also ensure that existing customers remain customers by invoicing on time, checking whether everything went well and handling any complaints in a friendly manner. There is currently a specific demand within this organization for customer-friendly and commercial talents with a fluent command of the English language. If you also master Dutch, that is a huge advantage.It is possible for this position to work from home for one or two days.Wat wij bieden
- Full-time position but 32 hours is negotiable (Friday is a mandatory working day)
