Building Surveyor

RAM Building Consultancy, a leading provider of building consultancy and testing services, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team.
You will carry out various building surveying works nationwide relating to:
* Project Management
* Feasibility Studies
* Production of Specifications
* Condition Surveys
* Any experience with DfE Condition Improvement Funding (CIF) is welcomed and beneficial but not essential.
* Report writing and budget costings
Desireable qualifications / skills:
* Driving Licence required
* MRICS or CIOB preferred
* Previous experience in construction management preferred
* Computer literate including good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, One Drive, Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
