Smart Solutions have an opportunity with an large international manufacturer for an experienced Transport Administrator at their site based in Baglan. You will issue the transport documents for all outgoing goods from the site in compliance with the group's procedures

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 830am to 430pm.

Duties of Transport Administrator:

* Issue the transport documents and relative travel documents for all outgoing goods.

* File all documents handled

* Interact with other departments if issues are noted on the sales order of goods that are to be delivered

* Create the loading list, when possible

* Verify compliance between the weight of the shipped product and the value recorded on the system

Requirements of the Transport Administrator:

* Experience in a similar logistics/transport role.

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills

* Fantastic organisation and planning skills

* Strong work ethic

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Time and Planning Management

* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
