Trinity Business Support are currently looking to add a number of Lead Generators/B2B Sales Executives to our team.
Due to continued business growth we are now looking to increase our energy division.
Responsibilities:
* Identify sales opportunities through questioning
* Eliminate objections using up to date market/product information
* Present unique solutions which will save our customers time, money and reduce their costs
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers
* To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
* Always adhere to the sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards
* To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system
* Working closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunities
* Attend on-going training and coaching sessions
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
* Ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures
What We Would Like From You:
* Worked in a Sales Executive capacity previously
* Proven track record within outbound sales
* Always a top performer
* Worked against daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s and targets
* Computer literate
* Thorough understanding of the sales process
* Can develop and maintain knowledge of the business market.
* Skilled in managing your own workload
* Can develop urgency in calls
Experience:
* Outbound sales experience
* Experience in delivering well above target
* Worked in a fast paced, high volume sales environment
