A forward-thinking construction consultancy is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Manchester.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Construction Project Manager will:

Lead office-related construction projects from inception to completion.
Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Manage and coordinate a team of professionals, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.The Construction Project Manager

A degree in Project Management or a related field.
Extensive experience in managing office projects, including fit-outs, new builds, and refurbishments.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable.
Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) are advantageous, though not mandatory. Candidates showing a desire to achieve these qualifications will also be considered.In Return?
