Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Brinnington, Stockport
Type: Long-term, Full-time (with the potential to transition to a school contract)
Pay Rate: Competitive, £85 to £95 per day
Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Brinnington. Your primary focus will be on supporting SEND students, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to SEND students in the classroom and during other school activities.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Encourage positive social interactions and support students' emotional well-being.Requirements:
Previous experience working with SEND students is essential.
A compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
