We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading manufacturing company in the rural Maidstone area who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor join their busy, close-knit department. The successful HR Advisor will be a generalist who is confident, and keen, on working within a team where everyone gets involved with all aspects of HR across all areas of the business.

My client has a number of projects coming up so the successful HR Advisor will ideally have experience within this area, for example, looking at an appraisal system for the company; revamping the onboarding process and updating of their job descriptions with consultation with managers / employees.

The duties for this HR Advisor role will include but not be limited to:

Providing support to Managers on all people related issues; ensuring issues are highlighted, escalated and actioned before they become a risk to the business.
Providing coaching and mentoring to line managers, helping them to improve people management capabilities.
Identifying and managing projects and challenges
Participating in formal capability, grievance and disciplinary procedures as requested by the Senior HR Advisor and / or HR Manager
Day to day Human Resource activities, including recruitment, onboarding etc
