PROCUREMENT MANAGER
POSITION: Procurement Manager
LOCATION: Central London ( hybrid role)
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £60,920 plus 18% pension ( 13% employer/ 5% employee) , excellent holidays
THE ROLE :  Our client would like to recruit a Procurement Manager with Public Sector experience to provide procurement and commercial support to various Estate teams throughout the UK.  Candidates must have procurement experience in one or more of the following sectors - Construction, Facilities Management, Estates Management, Civil Engineering or Estates Infrastructure.
The Procurement Manager will ensure the Estate Teams and other departments are adhering to process and policies as set out in the Financial Standing Instructions.  The individual will also be involved in a variety of projects and engage across the business with key stakeholders. The Procurement Manager provides guidance and support over commercial and procurement related matters to ensure compliance with public sector contracts regulations. The Procurement Manager will deliver effective and pragmatic solutions and contribute to the delivery of corporate business plans whilst ensuring that commercial and other considered risks are identified and mitigated. 
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :
Previous procurement experience in the Public Sector in at least one of the sectors mentioned above
Significant experience of contractual monitoring and supplier performance management
Experience of engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs, ensuring that commercial policy and process supports the needs and that best practice is delivered
The ability to communicate, challenge and influence at all levels
Experience working within a demanding and pressured environment
