We are looking for a Band 6 Children’s Occupational Therapist to join our Community Children’s Therapy Team in Essex, to help us continue to change things for the better.
Are you a caring and innovative Occupational Therapist with skills, working with children and adolescents with a variety of conditions, looking to join a supportive and progressive team? We are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive Essex Integrated Therapies Team.

Full-time and part-time hours considered.
The Ideal Candidate
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered and compliant with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Evidence of Post graduate training/or equivalent experience relevant to speciality such as:
* Child Development
* Specialist courses/ study on conditions that affect child development, autistic spectrum disorder, ADHD, neurodevelopmental conditions
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Demonstrable post registration experience of working with children in a similar area of paediatric practice.
* Experience of using a range of assessments and treatment methods • Good general knowledge of normal child development and conditions that affect this
