Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
Support current and future business needs through employee development and succession planning
Assess training needs and monitor training programs
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Oversee and manage performance appraisal system
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

A successful HR Manager should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
