We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take on a permanent desk in our Guiseley office. We have an existing white collar construction desk available for someone with previous construction industry experience. We also have the ability for someone to bring their own desk with clients and candidates who they already have knowledge of and a relationship with. Ideally this will be a new desk in a similar sector such as technical, engineering, civils, project management etc…

Based in Guiseley and operating as part of a small team. For the white collar construction desk you will be focused on recruiting a mixture of quantity surveyors, estimators, project managers, site managers and contracts managers for clients across Yorkshire. Operating in the construction, interior fit-out and refurbishment sectors working with a selection of main contractors of all seizes with excellent reputations in the industry. Our white collar construction division is well established with some excellent existing client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, sourcing and attracting top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a new recruit to facilitate this growing division. You can expect to receive excellent support and supervision both initially and on-going.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively sourcing and attracting top talent through a range of channels including website job boards, social media and referrals.

* Conducting thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their suitability for open roles.

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.

* Achieving personal targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

* At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.

* A good understanding of recruitment and excellent knowledge of your chosen sector

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

* A motivated and driven attitude with a focus on exceeding expectations.

* A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
