Are you a successful Service Advisor or Aftersales Executive looking to take the next step in your career?

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for Service Advisor to join our busy Client in Wakefield. The perfect candidate must provide exceptional customer service and mechanical knowledge at our automotive service centre.

Service Advisor key responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage service bookings efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain a clean and organised service reception area

Requirements:

Previous motor industry experience in a similar role is desired but not essential
A passion to deliver a high standard of customer service
Bags of personality and can take dealing with customers in their stride
Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
Administration skills, be able to use computers with confidence and the ability to organise and prioritise work
Knowledge of Pinnacle or other DMS systems would be advantageous
