With a commercial focus, you will be a key player in modernizing our retail organization by overseeing the operations and optimizing the processes in the CEE region. You will have the opportunity to influence all the instore workflow and workforce, and contribute to the empowerment of the selling teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary intermediary and sparring partner to country managers for Sales Operations topics in the CEE region.
• Oversee sales operations in the markets, coordinating with Selling Center of Excellence (SCOE) to optimize and implement the Store Operating Model and workflow processes.
