SF are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist/Customer Support Liaison to join our Central Derby client for an exciting summer position.

This role is initially offered on a temporary basis for 4 months, with the potential to become permanent based on performance.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and an excellent experience for all guests, visitors, and stakeholders.

You must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, especially during events.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, guests, and clients upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanour.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide information and support via email, phone, and in-person to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and events.
Maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external partners.

Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
