Receptionist/ Customer Service Executive
£12.09 per hour | Temp to Perm (16 weeks) | Derby
Capella Professional are actively speaking to customer service extraordinaires who strive to deliver a platinum level of service in all aspects of their role. The position requires a diverse skillset with the successful candidate having to prioritise and manage numerous tasks at once.
Therefore, if you're a personable and outgoing character who enjoys customer interaction, both face to face and over email/ telephone, this could be the role for you!
Duties:
Manning the reception desk - meeting and greeting visitors/ clients
Keeping computer system up to date - logging all relevant information
Answering the phone and directing queries over to the relevant contact
Maintain upbeat persona whilst being professional at all times
Working as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed
Skills:
Attention to detail
Great communicational skills
Organisational skills and time management
Ability to work to deadlines
Confidence to speak to customers
Working hours:
35 hours per week / Monday - Friday
Please note that this is temp2perm opportunity over a 16 week period. Upon successful completion of 16 week temp2perm period, you will be presented with a permanent and secure contract within the business
