Level: Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years PQE
Salary: Competitive (£30,000+)

Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, requisitions, and lease extensions.
Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions.
Collaborate with other solicitors and support staff as necessary.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
Proven experience managing residential files.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
