Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Includes one in three weekends)Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and looking for a rewarding role in Northampton? A leading company is hiring a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join the Driver Line team, helping drivers with their queries and ensuring smooth operations.
Duties
Handle incoming calls and queries from drivers efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information and support to resolve driver issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Candidate
Excellent Communication Skills - Both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Customer Service Experience - Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Problem-Solving Abilities - Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues promptly.
Team Player - Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment.
Flexibility - Availability to work one in three weekends as part of the schedule.
