About the Role: As a Psychology graduate with Teaching Personnel, you will:

Support students with diverse needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational plans and interventions.
Use your psychological knowledge to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work one-on-one or in small groups to support students’ academic and emotional development.
Collaborate with educational psychologists, teachers, and support staff to promote students' well-being and academic success.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A degree in Psychology or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
