Reactive Maintenance Service Manager - Mechanical & Electrical
As the Service Manager at Masterfix you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with reactive property maintenance call outs. Your role will involve analysing specifications and quotes and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your ability to provide accurate cost estimates will be instrumental in our continued growth and client satisfaction.
Some details -

A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not essential).

Proven experience as a Service Manager in the reactive property maintenance industry - minimum 5 years preferred.
*
Someone from a trade background or with a strong understanding of reactive plumbing/ gas property maintenance.
*
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and reactive property maintenance practices.
*
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
*
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This is a stand-alone role.
*
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
*
Having the confidence to push back when required and someone who possesses a strong character.
*
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
*
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
Masterfix Offers:

£50-55K per annum.
