This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cosy and welcoming Nursery with like-minded practitioners to provide the best possible early start for young children. They focus on a child centred approach to learning and prioritise the well-being of their children. It’s a busy and thriving environment with lots of opportunities to plan stimulating activities and to create a fun and positive atmosphere.

The nursery is looking to employ a qualified Early Years Educator, on a long-term basis with the opportunity to be offered a permanent position. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and could be required to work across different ages groups within the nursery.  In a time of growth for this Nursery, career progression opportunities are also available for the right person.

An excellent level of communication is required along with a good awareness of Safeguarding, prevent and the EYFS. There are lot’s of opportunities to build relationships with staff, children and parents and to also plan exciting and engaging activities that help children to meet their early learning goals. We’re searching for a compassionate and reliable individual to fill this exciting role.

The successful Early Years Educator will have:

· Level 2 NVQ or equivalent (Required) Level 3 NVQ or equivalent (Desired)

· Experience with the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) curriculum

· ‘Can-do’ approach with the willingness to get stuck in

· Reliability and a compassionate, nurturing nature
