Position Overview:
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and profitability. You will lead a team of dedicated staff and uphold the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
* Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
* Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Knowledge of hotel management software and financial management.
* Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
