HR Coordinator

The role of HR Coordinator will entail working within an established team across a wide variety of different HR related tasks and supporting all areas of the wider business. Some of these will include:

Holding a good level of knowledge of procedures across the different departments throughout the business
Maintaining and organizing the shared drive and ensuring best practice around confidential data Is upheld
Administration around the company benefits programme
Ensuring all legal documentation is received and recorded for the company sponsorship scheme. Such as completing Right To Work checks.
Completing Pre-Employment checks for any prospective employees wanting to join the business
Preparing documents and reporting
Maintaining data using electronic systems and analysing metrics, trends and statistical information to influence changes to policies and programmes across the wider business
The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR based role previously and will have good computer literacy skills. Someone with integrity and a good understanding of confidentiality and professionalism is a must.
