Job Description
Pay Range: (Pay Range $66,900 - $80,775 per year, plus eligible for 5% target bonus.)

Direct and supervise all Sanitation functions for the packaging area as well as 45-50 Sanitation employees.
Train all sanitation employees in safety and complete annual required company training by Foster Farms (JSTA’s).
Routinely inspect equipment for proper cleaning and work and Pre-op with USDA inspectors.
Perform frequent on-the-job inspections such as safe working habits, safe work areas, quality of workmanship, and effectiveness of sanitation.
Evaluate, prioritize and schedule sanitation functions to insure timely completion of plant clean-up.
Prepare work schedules and employee duty assignments as required to meet plant sanitation requirements.
Initiate purchase requisitions and recommend needed special tools.
Weekly safety meetings with all personnel.
Evaluate and discuss with Sanitation Superintendent all personnel’s work performance.
