We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join the team at a renowned branded restaurant in Cambridge.
 
Responsibilities:
Assisting the General Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant.
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Training and supervising staff to maintain high standards of service.
Managing inventory, including ordering and stock control.
Handling administrative tasks such as rotas and reporting.
Upholding health and safety standards in compliance with regulations. Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
