36.5 a week (phone number removed) Monday-Thursday, 8-3.30 on a Friday).
High specification product manufacturer seeks dynamic and astute Customer Service Advisor, to provide a seamless customer experience.
The role and responsibilities include:
Processing customer orders
Answering customer queries
Making sure your customers orders are planned into production
Managing client expectations
Checking product availability for clients
Providing progress updates Company Profile
Leading name within their industry
Investing in opportunities to improve growth and customer service
