Requirements
We are looking for an analytical, curious, and pro-active Lifecycle Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the end-to-end customer journey, has excellent data analysis skills, and finds qualitative and quantitative feedback to build a robust retention program. 
You’ll report to the Director of Ecommerce + Marketing and collaborate with a cross-functional team to plan, manage, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive our repeat rate. This person represents the voice of our current customers and will own email, sms, and loyalty programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about data driven insights, organized, and is customer obsessed. 
 Excel data analysis skills, along with Shopify and Klaviyo experience is required. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Retention and Lifecycle Marketing: 
Represent our existing customers. Use data + trends to recommend strategies that create value/ delight for returning customers, optimize the customer journey,  + lead to boost in Repeat Rate and LTV. 
Develop and revamp comprehensive retention and lifecycle marketing strategies, with a primary focus on email + SMS campaigns and segmented flows, site landing pages, and Loyalty program. 
Own and run end-to-end email + SMS programs, from campaign planning and A/B testing to execution and analysis. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and business objectives. Monitor deliverability and ensure that we are compliant and always inboxing properly. 
Level-up our Yotpo Loyalty program, make recommendations to improve engagement, reward redemption, and Refer a Friend. Scope, pitch, and rollout new perks as needed. 
DTC Data Analysis:
Support Director of Marketing + Ecomm with analysis of DTC business, owning site + marketing KPIs.
Pro-actively use data to draw insights on customers, retention, and lifecycle recommendations.
Maintain tracking and detailed reporting dashboards for website, email, sms, and loyalty KPIs.
Produce monthly and quarterly performance recaps to measure and report on marketing performance against set KPI’s, communicating key learnings and producing actionable insights.
Ecommerce Site: 
Run day-to-day operations of Shopify site, working cross-functionally to execute product launches, collection updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns activations. 
Work with Merchandising, Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure product launches are seamlessly executed across Site, Email, and SMS in accordance with the calendar. 
Project Management:. 
Create, own, and execute all marketing briefs, run seasonal marketing calendar to launch comms on-time. 
Execute Shopify site updates that align with marketing activations (i.e. Landing Pages, Collection updates, etc).
In this role, you are the point person for marketing operations.
Innovation + Market Research:
As we grow and acquire more customers, identify and drive new marketing opportunities and ideas to further improve customer journey and scale retention. 
Research other brand offerings in your channels - Email, SMS, Loyalty - ensure FREDA stays relevant and competitive vs similar brands in our space, pitch new strategies based on market trends. 
QUALIFICATIONS
You are passionate about fashion and customers. And you LOVE shoes! 
At least 3 years of experience within a related digital marketing role, preferably in DTC retail
You are not afraid of a good excel sheet! Use data to identify patterns, create insights, and recommend changes to marketing initiatives
Self starter with strong communication skills
Organized with a meticulous eye for detail
Experience running A/B, multivariate tests in email (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) 
Thrives under pressure, creative generating ideas and working efficiently within tight deadlines
Experience required in Excel/ Google Sheets, Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo
Experience in Yotpo preferred
