Forming part of the Biotechnology segmentat Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise andtalent to develop the next generation of life-changingtherapeutics.
At our location in BadKreuznah, the product engineer for Cytiva isresponsible optimal manufacturing methods and processesfor producing company products from start-up, building the productline, through satisfactoryproduction.

Whatyou'lldo:

New ProductIntroduction; this involves creating and addressing projectrequirements for new product designs, encouraging innovation andsustainability.

Product, Processand Equipment Validation: this involves validating, testing andplanning (including data review and test regimes based uponknowledge andexperience).

Working withinitiative, prioritizing tasks appropriately, while maintaining across-functional teamapproach.

Whoyouare:

Action-orientedwith an analytical mindset, constantly optimizing workprocesses.

Collaborateacross teams at Cytiva, Pall, or external entities, buildingtrusted relationships and achieve work-relatedgoals.

Understandproduct performance, develop robust processesaccordingly.

Achievementmindset, bias for action, andinitiative.

Global travelability as needed (about 10%travel).

Qualifications:

Experiencedproduct engineer with a minimum of 3 years of professionalexperience.

S ubsequentexperience in product development ormanufacturing.

Bachelor'sdegree in engineering or equivalentexperience.

It would be a plus if you also possessprevious experiencein:

Familiar withmultiple software platforms, procedures, andtechniques.

Familiar withprocess validation procedures and techniques (IQ, OQ and PQ)documents for new products, processes, andequipment.
