Tax Manager

Hire Resolve's client is on the lookout for a talented Tax Manager in Houston TX, As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area. Your expertise in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services will help us deliver quality tax services and increase our reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:
Utilize your experience and understanding of flow through taxation, partnerships, and s-corporations
Provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to our clients
Review work papers prepared by staff, recommend changes, and implement additional documentation identified through applicable tax law and firm policy
Supervise tax associates and senior associates, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tax engagements
Participate in business development activities, attend networking events and industry meetings to increase our client base
Requirements
5+ years of public accounting (tax) experience
Active CPA or EA license preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field required
Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Willingness to travel locally on a limited basis
Qualified candidates must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States
Benefits
Salary: $110K/yr - $140K/yr, negotiable
