Our vibrant and expanding agency is seeking an Associate Producer for our Miami office.
As an Associate Producer, you will manage your own projects while also supporting Producers on large-scale experiential events. You will be responsible for maintaining client objectives throughout the production process and execution.

What you will do… 
Oversee all aspects of event production: From pre-event preparation to on-site management and post-event breakdown.
Execute and support multiple events: Manage events from inception to completion, often handling several simultaneously.
Manage event budgets: Create and oversee budgets from concept to reconciliation, ensuring profitability.
Scout and select venues: Conduct thorough venue scouting and selection to meet event requirements.
Collaborate with creative and account teams: Ensure the client's vision is realized by working closely with these teams.
Lead production efforts: Serve as the production lead or collaborate with a production team across various vendor categories, including venue, catering, décor, fabrication, audio, lighting, photography, and staffing.
Coordinate with Talent and Digital departments: Secure talent and fulfill riders as needed.
Ensure smooth event execution: Resolve any issues that arise to guarantee the event's success. Anticipate potential challenges and find solutions.
Maintain key event documents: Create and manage essential documents such as budgets, activation decks, recap decks, run of show, production schedules, and critical paths.
The salary range for this role is $65-75k and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific. 
Requirements
You must have… 
Minimum 3 years of experience in event production/experiential roles, managing budgets up to $300K
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate across all organizational levels
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong budgeting knowledge and negotiation skills
Strong work ethic
Good follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work within time limits to plan, resource, and oversee events
High competency with relevant computer and software skills. Expertise in Keynote, Excel, and Outlook
Professional conduct within and outside the office while conducting agency business
Bachelor's degree
