Key Responsibilities:

Provide a pivotal role in our operations as a Motor Claims Repair Manager.
Assessing the road worthiness of client vehicles based on available evidence.
Allocating repairers and ensuring suitability for each claimant’s vehicle, guiding the through the repair process as a Motor Claims Repair Manager.
Liaising with engineers, addressing queries and ensuring smooth communication throughout. 
Providing administrative oversight for the credit-repair process, from allocation to invoice processing.
Manage vehicle repair complaints, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution as a Motor Claims Repair Manager.
Offering support and insight into total-loss valuation disputes.
Overseeing the salvage process, including payment management and auction results as a Motor Claims Repair Manager.
Building and managing our repair network, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
