I'm thrilled to be sharing a new Senior Finance Manager role with you, working for a extremely popular Leisure and Hotel business based in Doncaster!

In this role you will work closely with the Executive Director and Group Financial Controller in the strategic planning of the businesses, providing information where necessary to assist in achieving the goals and targets as set by the company.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Discuss and implement actions plans where required to remedy gaps and shortfalls within the forecasts.
Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Deliver Management accounts with forward looking analysis on key trends
Prepare annual statutory financial statements in line with current reporting standards and submit a detailed audit pack.
Perform a desktop review of each courses trade debtors, trade creditors and petty cash advising on any actions required.
Assist with preparing where necessary and review the monthly profit and loss accounts with the Executive Director's prior to submission to Group Finance advising of any issues that may have an impact on each months trading result.
Overseeing the financial management and reporting of each event day
Managing 3 direct reportsKey requirements:

CIMA qualified (ideally or ACA/ACCA qualified)
Experience within a sports and leisure/hospitality or hotel background
Experience managing a team
Previous experience with ERP systems (Exchequer) an advantageBenefits
