- Provide HR data to the HR Service Desk and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Demonstrable MBO working and thinking level in Human Resource Management.
- Dutch is a must
- Experience in a similar position, preferably within a technical company.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
