Bartenders

Job Description:

• Mixes and when needed serves drinks at a bar.
• To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers with the key aim of retaining and attracting customers.
• Monitor waiting duties through to completion.
• Ensure staff works as a team while making sure guest needs are being met.
• To handle work-related problems and resolve them.
• Responsible for Bar being opened and/or closed properly each day.
• Looking approachable and professional.
• Assist other staff and deliver orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• HAVE FUN within an awesome resort and team – It’s the Vritomartis way!

 Necessary qualifications:

• HIGH LEVEL OF DISCIPLINE
• Previous work experience is required
• Speak, read, write and understand the English language
• Good presentation skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Appearance and positive attitude
• Smile 
• Ready to join our team for a period from 21 April to 31 October 2023
