We have four exciting new temporary roles working with our NHS client in Brighton. The role is data entry, inputting referrals to the trust. If you have admin and/or customer service experience and great attention to detail we’re keen to hear from you.
Job duties:
* Register patient referrals and related administration
* Update patient information on the system
* Book, amend and cancel appointments as required
* Raise and escalate patient queries as needed
* Answer telephone calls to the department and escalate queries as needed
Skills & experience required:
* Good administration or customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Immediately available

The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and the rate of pay is £11.44 per hour.
