The Role:
As the Assistant Front of House Manager, you will assist in managing the college’s diverse catering operations, supporting the Front of House Manager to deliver impeccable service during academic terms and vacation periods. This pivotal role involves supervising meal services, event setups, and staff across multiple sites. Key duties include ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards, meeting dietary requirements, and enhancing service delivery to uphold the college's esteemed hospitality reputation. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in F&B management, excellent organisational abilities, and a proven track record of proactive leadership.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Prior managerial experience in a senior position within a 4-5* hotel or similar high-standard establishment.
Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.
Demonstrable leadership skills.
Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with databases and booking systems.
WSET wine qualification or a comparable credential.
