Electromechanical fitter required for a multi-national engineering company who specialise in motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes and other rotating machinery.
£33,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
Monday – Thursday (Apply online only), Friday (Apply online only)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Free parking on site
Based in Bristol, Avonmouth- BS11
About the job
Dismantling, rebuild and refurbishment of pumps, gearboxes, motors, generators and similar equipment
Repairs to rotating equipment
Fault finding of industrial electro-mechanical equipment
Ensuring all inspection and assembly documentation is completed
Working on site and in the workshop when required
The right candidate
Mechanical time-served and indentured to ONC & HNC, NVQ, or equivalent qualifications
Experience with pumps, gearboxes, motors and fans
Strong engineering background in a similar environment
Full clean UK driving licence
Good written and verbal communication skills.
