Want to be a part of our team?The Senior Manager - Sustainability Communications will develop and implement the Sustainability communications and engagement strategy to build and protect the company's reputation globally in support of strategic and business objectives. This includes defining the strategy, KPIs definition, and the tactical implementation plan and plan across all audiences, through multi-channels including gaming, videos generation, a monthly report, new updates, leadership communications, media, external influencers and corporate/executive social media efforts.
They will support the NTT DATA, Inc. Sustainability Business Officer, and his leadership team, the External Relations, Marketing, Internal Communication and HR teams to develop NTT DATA's positioning, narrative and key messages, creating a consistent view of the company's Sustainability agenda globally.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Global External Relations Council and the Global Internal Communications Council, assisting in driving globally integrated communication and engagement campaignsWorking at NTTEditorial schedule & content:
  • Develop and maintain the Sustainability Business' internal and external communications plan, aligning activities and strategic messages across all ;
  • Drive the creation of editorial storylines, thought leadership themes, communication and engagement activities through high-quality written communications (including key messages, talking points, etc.) and multi-media content to achieve global objectives and business outcomes aligned with corporate narrative and brand messaging that adhere to global corporate standards and communication ;
  • Work with relevant teams and leaders to develop, manage and drive an editorial schedule that is globally relevant and differentiates NTT DATA from its ;
Media Relations:
  • Own the overarching Sustainability media relations strategy for NTT DATA and work with relevant agencies and team to deliver high impact media coverage in top tier, business, technology and vertical ;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top tier global, bloggers and other media influencers to ensure NTT DATA's story can be proactively pitched to maximize positive share of voice ;
  • Contribute to the global calendar of media story opportunities mapping the global news agenda, media enquiries and tracking media coverage ;
  • Work with the NTT DATA, Inc. Sustainability Business Officer and other colleagues to maximize media opportunities and exposure for NTT DATA's executives and subject matter ;
  • Execute on NTT DATA's external response plan to managing crises and issues.
Digital and social strategy:
  • Utilize the full mix of channels (including live, digital and social, internal and external) along to reach and engage targeted audiences, identifying and implementing new approaches, technologies and ;
  • Develop Sustainability's Global Communication strategy and plans as part of wider internal & external communication ;
  • Ensure Sustainability content on our company's social media channels helps build reputation, increase audience engagement with our Sustainabilty agenda and support business ;
Thought leadership execution
  • Develop and execute on Sustainability Business Officer profiling program to elevate profiles within external audiences to ensure appropriate positioning and credibility.
  • Develop and execute on the Sustainability thought leadership strategy and position NTT DATA's 'white space' in external communications ;
Strategic counsel
  • Support and advise the Sustainability Business Officer and wider leadership team(s) on best practice strategic and tactical internal and external communications.
Agency management
  • Own Sustainability relationships with communications agency/ies (if appropriate) to drive impactful result and deliver agreed programmes within budget.
