The North Grill House is an excellent place for you when you're craving grilled beef, lamb, pork and sea food on a stick Asian style, with authentic vibes, cool service, and great selection of tasty dishes. 

Main Duties:

1. Grill, broil, roast, blanch, stew, deep-fry and braise meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.

2. Prepare and cook complete meals for customers in a timely manner.

3. Prepare, mix and measure ingredients according to recipes.

4. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs.

5. Follow safe food handling procedures at all the times.

6. Oversee kitchen operations and food service areas.

7. Clean and maintain sanitation of kitchen area, equipment and utensils

8. Maintain inventory and records of food, monitor and order supplies and equipment.

9. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Qualifications:

1. Secondary (high) school graduation is required.

2. Training will be provided, 3-6 months experience is appreciated.

3. Standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

4. Passion for food and hospitality.
