• You are responsible for all production department and the production lines (printing and finishing);
• You are a great leader and a great role model for your enthusiastic team;
• You monitor quality and quantity and ensure that the KPI's are achieved ;
• You know your team very well and manage to find them the right place for the best result;
• You analyze the processes and bring up ideas to improve the efficiency and the productivity.

Profiel

• You have MBO education;
• You have experience in production and preferably as a team leader;
• You have experience with process optimisation;
• You have helicopter view that helps you to see from the big picture;
• You are eager to learn and grow and give enthusiasm to your team;
• You are good at communication;
• You speak fluent English and Dutch;
• You are accurate and can work independently
