I am looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to work in a beautifully converted 34 bedded Victorian country house in the pretty village of Yaxley near Eye in Suffolk, easily accessible from Norfolk. It is a quiet setting and the perfect place for high-quality residential, dementia and respite care.

In the role of Care Coordinator you will:

* Play a critical role in ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care

* Work closely with the care team to coordinate and manage care for residents, considering their individual needs, preferences, and goals

* Be responsible for organising your shifts, administering and recording medication, liaising with health professionals and recording to the residents’ computerised care plans

* Assist with the induction, training and supervision of support staff.

For this interesting and rewarding role you will need:

* To have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

* Experience of supervising a care team

* The ability to show empathy and understanding of the needs of the residents

* Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of the team

* A good eye for detail, and are organised and methodical

* Flexibility around working schedules, roles and responsibilities

* The ability to work shifts, including alternate weekends
