Protection Advisor

We are seeking a highly driven Protection Insurance Sales Agent to join my established client . As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products and ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved.
What will you be doing ?
Convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone
Generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target
Provide every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved
Use all data to maximise sales
Provide the client with the best possible advice
Ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required
Work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
Ensure maximum revenue is collected by the business
Deal with all clients in a positive and professional manner
Give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficient
Act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times
Deal with any client queries as required
Ensure computer records are kept up to date
Undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job
Job Requirements
2 years' experience within Financial Services
Experience in Protection Insurance products
Quick thinking
Dedicated
Strong people skills
Pro-active
Thinks 'outside the box' to service clients and achieve targets
Highly customer focused
Self-motivated
Ability to work towards and exceed targets
Excellent Communicator
