You will be part of an amazing team that provides a safe, nurturing and loving environment for children and young people with learning disabilities and autism, led and supported by a registered manager.

As part of the team and along with other professionals, you will provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child. You will act as a positive role model to meet their night time living needs, developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change. We support young people to develop their independent living skills alongside supporting personal care and daily routines.

Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker - Children's Homes
Location: Manchester
Salary: £12.80 - £13.40 per hour plus £70.47 per sleep-in - Working Approx 2-4 sleep in per month, an additional £1500 - £3000PALeader Group are currently hiring Residential Support Workers to join a compassionate team in Manchester

Ranging from 3-5-bedroom homes that support Children & Young people that have Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs.

What do you need?

We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient.

Valid UK driving license.

A minimum of 12 months experience and ideally a level 3 qualification in residential childcare which will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.

You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
