Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

An automotive component manufacturer with sites across Europe require a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for the material supply chain element in the launch of new products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced preferable automotive environment.

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 p.a. +Benefits

The Role

Reporting into the Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor you will have the following duties:

-Support the engineering function with the planning and execution of new launch development.
-Work closely with procurement team and scheduling team members to ensure all material sourcing is in line with the procurement strategy.
-Ensure all planning parameters, Bill of Materials (BOMs) and part master data is maintained to the correct configuration.

The Person

Educated in a recognised supply chain or logistics qualification you will have the following experience:

-Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Robust working knowledge of MRP systems.
-Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs)
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
