Line Cook / Roundsman

'Tween Waters Resort is looking to hire a Roundsman for our Old Captiva House and Crow's Nest restaurants. Full-time position available immediately. Hours are Monday-Sunday including holidays; variety of shifts available.
Extensive knowledge and experience of saute and grill stations, are essential for our fine dining and soon-to-open steak house. Must be in possession of necessary food handler's licenses.
Must possess good hygiene and grooming standards and have a reliable means to get to work as required
Requirements
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Maintain stock supplies
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food items
Follow Executive and Sous Chef instructions
Receive and store products appropriately
Ensure a rotation system, and that all food is properly organized & dated
Provide guidance to junior staff members
Assist in set-up of banquet preparations
Clean station and kitchen at end of shifts
Ensure food comes out simulataneously, to standard and in timely manner
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
