Children Residential Support Worker

Location: Leicester
Salary: £23,800 - £27,000 OTE (Including Sleeps)
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safety and well-being of young individuals.
* Provide physical, emotional, and cultural support to children.
* Contribute to the normal development of young people through healthy lifestyle promotion.
* Assist with daily routines, including cooking and cleaning.
* Maintain accurate records and complete administrative duties as required.
* Flexibility in working hours, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) desirable.
* Minimum of 1 year's referenceable experience working with children and young people.
