Hourly Rate: £15-16 per hour
 
Working Hours: Full-time, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in manufacturing to detailed drawings and capable of thinking creatively to solve project challenges. This role involves working on bespoke items, requiring a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to create bespoke woodworking items.
Measure, cut, and assemble wooden components with precision.
Ensure all projects meet the high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects efficiently.
Think critically and problem-solve to overcome project challenges.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry, with a strong portfolio of work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and woodworking machinery.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
