This role is dedicated to providing technical support and managed services to customers using Data Services technologies round the clock, 365 days a year. Responsibilities:

Resolve technical issues and customer requests within defined standards.
Document and communicate progress of incidents and requests.
Collaborate with units for issue resolution.
Develop technical knowledge within the team.
Participate in on-call support and serve as SME for designated clients.
Required Skills/Experience:

5+ years in systems integrator support.
In-depth knowledge of EMS products and IT systems.
Experience in service lifecycle management.
Strong technical expertise in Data Services technologies.
Proficiency in service improvement and communication skills.
Qualifications:

Degree preferred.
Vendor professional level certification required.
ITIL v4 Foundation level preferred.
BPSS, SC, and NPPV clearance mandatory
