I am recruiting for several Salesforce people to join an exciting financial services scaleup based in Cardiff. They would like people happy to come into their Cardiff office once every couple of weeks but you are able to work the rest of the time remotely.
It's an exciting time as they have recently launched their new product and are in the process of building out their internal tech team. The company is currently a team of around 50 people and their products are built around Salesforce which is at the core of their technology stack.. The roles will involve being responsible for the ongoing, support, development and administration (depending on which position you are most suitable for) of their platform. They work in a Agile environment and use declarative development You will be working closely with the wider development team consisting of developers, QAs, Product Owners and a Scrum Master.
As they expand they are looking for people with Salesforce experience at a range of levels. At the more Junior level, they are looking for people with a couple of years experience, 1-2 years of predominantly admin skills with some declarative development and ideally exposure to the Lightning Experience UI
For Mid levels they are looking for people with 2+ years of experience with solid knowledge of the basics of the platform, and knowledge of best practices, declarative development skills and good exposure to at least one specialist cloud, meaning utilising the cloud-specific features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud etc)
At the more senior end they would love people with experience as a senior technical administrator, with some team/technical leadership and experience with mentoring others and leading by example in terms of best practices and solution design. You would need exposure to at least one specialist cloud - (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud etc) and solid experience working on larger, complex projects with pre-dominantly declarative development and low-code solution designs
They work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, and you will collaborate closely with the wider development team, including developers, QAs, Product Owners, and a Scrum Master. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting are essential.
Salaries are in the region of of £35,000- £65,000 dependent on experience.
